The group discussed the 2021-2024 Work Plan, including Terms of Reference, deliverables and meeting schedule of the BICG. The BICG further discussed the Draft Guidelines for the Thematic Peer Groups (TPGs), as well as the European Commission support for TPGs and agreed on its next concrete steps.
